Oil filter out ring size?

Thanks to anyone that might post the dimensions for the oil filter o ring

I just put the micrometer to an unused aftermarket O-ring (still in the bag) and it averaged 98 mm outside diameter, plus or minus a millimeter. I measured it laying flat on a desk across 3 different points,
The cross section of material is 4 mm.
