Hey Hart, that will be an interesting project. I know about inline 4's and rigid frames, a spring seat is in order (trust me)

Here is a project I did back in the '70's


The devil is in the details and I worked hard to hide all the running gear, leaving a clean look


The coils and all the electrics are tucked away in the box below the air filters


Rather than running the plug wires over the top of the engine, I routed them from the box thru the #2 and #3 cooling passages


I look forward to seeing your solutions.  I would recommend a third anchor point for the FJ engine. She has some torque.
