I have ,,intelligent" battery charger: Ultipower 12v 8a http://www.ultipowercharger.com/product/535-battery-charger-12v-8a-automatic-reverse-pulse-charger-12v-8a-6b3f/

Yesterday I connected battery for charge and after five minutes charging was done...... far too fast.

I checked voltage and on meter is only 13,3V while on charger display is 14,7V....

On other battery is this same: max 13,3V. I opened cover and inside all small parts, wires, looks normal.

Anyone have any idea what it can be?

Seems like the voltage meter of the charger is not calibrated properly. Safer to under charge than over charge. Not sure how the unit can be calibrated but it may have a trim pot that you can tweak.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
