Does anyone have a picture or diagram of how all the tubes should be connected/routed from the carbs? My carbs have been in and out a number of times and I'm beginning think the tubes have become connected to the wrong places. My Google searches have only found photos of FJ's pre fuel pump.

Thanks.

Try locating a Service Manual. It will show you.

Maybe there is one in the 'Files' section?

Thanks, I'm a long way from home and just mulling over some problems I'm having. I do have a Haynes manual though so I'll double check that when I get back this weekend.

Look at the photo here: http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?topic=655.msg15997#msg15997

The two "vent" and four "overflow" hoses all run down to the back, right side of the engine to the ground. On your fuel pump version you will only have one fuel inlet in the middle of the carb bank.

The one thing that changes the two "vent" hoses is if the canisters are still there. If they are the connected to a solenoid.

Don't know if this helps. But... This is a fuel pump version FJ 1200.

Just don't pinch any of the tubes when routing.
