Fuel pointer on the wrong side?

While I had the cluster open I took advise from earlier posts and melted in an upper limit pin. Then used some QuickJBweld to anchor the back side. A little black paint on the front side and the pointer is captivated...
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

I don't use the fuel gauge, my GPS blocks it and I have always used my trip meter for miles traveled since last fill up. But I had it apart so I made it right again.

My other two gauge needles are not orange like the fuel gauge needle. They are almost white.   Is that normal?  I have a hard time seeing them.  If I need to break in to the cluster, I want to do all of the fixes.
