Tried to get it running, need parts and advice

Kind of started my 85, ran badly, maybe 3 cyl and would not keep running, PO told me the carbs had been rebuilt, should have known better.
Pulled the carbs off, two bowls were green at the mains, tore them all down and this is what I have(bike has a stock airbox with K&N and a V&H exhaust, I have never had it ride-able  to see how its is tuned.)

Mains- 114
Idle- 37.5
Pilot- 155

I am not sure if I should try these and or rejet now and be done with it, I might go with K&n pods since I have a full set with crank filter.I used to to run a set on my old 85 and had good luck with them after rejetting some.But I am not adverse to keeping the stocker box.

I need:
New needles and seats all 4 (two of the seats had black o rings, two had green, not fuzzy, but a thicker green o riings) and the little spring clips that hold them on the floats
At least one pilot jet, 37.5 part number 16 in the diagram in the manual.
One float pivot pin, looks like we might have used a nail, Luckily I did not break anything on the carbs getting it all apart, but lost a idle jet in the process, from being seized in place.
One of my carb springs is shorter than the others also, I am not sure If I should replace all of them also, since they seem so overly long when you put the tops on.

My needles have clips on them so it maybe a aftermarket kit in the carbs but who can say whose.

What size fuel line?, I purchased some from a harley shop and it was large but still not large enough to fit all the spigots on the carbs and petcock.
Best way to run the fuel line?, the way I did it at first was a pain to attach and I could see it was kinking afterwards.
I never had any problems pulling the tank on my old 85, but this line was done the same way I redid it with new and it was not flexible or easy to take off and on tank wise

Put in #40 pilot jets, if you stay with the stock airbox.  You'll be much happier!

Anyhow, the jets being marked 114 means they're dynojet's work, and it's a safe guess that the needles then are also.  Sounds like someone put in part of the kit in one carb (the slide spring) also.

-If you have a dynojet kit (sounds like you might), you will probably want to go up a bit on the pilot jets, start with a 40.  If you go to pods, depending on your elevation the 42.5 will work better still.

-You can get the bits you need from randy.

-The slide springs are like giant slinkys.  They're supposed to be like that, they're so long that you have to take a little care not to have them fold over sideways when you put the tops on.

-The K&N pods will work, but they fit really badly.  If you've already got them, just go get a set of stainless 1/2" wide hoseclamps to attach them to the carbs (the supplied ones are not very good).  Turn the outside pair upside down and twist them a touch for clearance with the frame.

-Jetting seems to be a personal preference, but factory pro makes good kits in my experience.
