Hi guys.

I want to replace my 30 years old rear shock with a modern one and I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on it.
Some people mentioned CBR 600, CBR 1000 and CBR F4I mods.
Which one works best? Is there a bolt on solution ?

Hi. This has been discussed many times on this forum.  Here is a link to the CBR mod http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?topic=10870.0

If you scan through the mods page you will find more info on the various rear shocks. I currently run a Hagon shock in my 84 Fj with no complaints,  it is a straight bolt in fit.
