Good day my fellow FJ lovers

I wanted to share some work that I did on my 1100 stock seat

1st of all,  the bike stood for 7years at the previous owner,  and the dogs ate some pieces of the seat:

I then started to remove the old vinyl and repaired the sponge holes

After this I started to cover the seat

The final product

After the seat was completely done,  I saw there are some fasteners places under the seat for a grab strap, so I make one aswell

Cute cat.

Want to try again?

It's pretty popular - I've seen that cat on other sites too ...  :sarcastic:

Maybe it was the cat that ate his seat, it ate his images....  :scratch_one-s_head:
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Maybe the cat is the new seat cover.   :unknown:

Too young to be old but old enough to know better.

Seriously though -  the easiest way to link pics here is to upload them into the gallery here and then copy and paste the direct link into the post between the image tags.   There should be a how to posted and stickied.  I'd like to see the repair on the foam

Its dead easy to add pics by using "Additional Options". Then "Browse". No need to load into gallery.
