So, uh... What haven't we covered in the past five years that would cause you to still send your bike(s) to a mechanic?

Do you have a copy of the Yamaha Service Manual? If not, they show up regularly on FleaBay.

I don't currently do any of the work on my bikes. I have the Manual, but I don't have the time and I don't have a garage. I have a friend who is a motorcycle mechanic.

Yep, I have my own mechanic as well, but he is a bit of an A-hole.  Being your own mechanic can have its down sides...  But I am happy with the quality of work and he works all hours when needed...

Welcome to the the campground. ..keep your eyes on site as there is many rides and FJ Clinics popping up everywhere. ..up here in the Great White North we've started a spring a fall clinic along withe some rides...hollar out if ya need anything...we're one big FJ Family!
