Larry, there is no specific section on tires or oil. But plenty of discussions on them. Some of it is helpful. Try the search function first. Then if that does not answer your question(s) post up your question. You will need to provide what size wheel you want to fit, 16" or 17", the 16" is very limited on options. 
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
