engine rubberdampers on a 3cw

where is the "upper damper bolts" ?
and            " rear downtube-to-frame bolts" ?
and             "flange bolts" ?
I have changed all the engine rubberdampers on my 3cw, and will tighten to the correct torque, but are unsure about what is what
