Just bought a 1986 FJ1200 as a second ride. Since 4 other riding friends have them, I thought if/when the right bike came along, I'd join in with one. My other ride is a 1990 Honda Goldwing. Glad to be a member of this group!

Welcome fellow '86 owner, you got one of the best colors. And it looks like you have few good upgrades as well. We have a rally on the west coast at the end of May, perhaps you could join us? Are the other FJ owners you mention part of this group?
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

welcome to the group :hi:

Your 86 looks great ,  how many miles/km's has it got?

spend some time checking out the modification files and you will be amazed at all the stuff that has been done.

Beware the affliction known as Moditis , where you start making modifications and cant stop.  :drinks:

Welcome to the asylum :drinks:
Nice bike. I always thought the 86 air scoops shoul be red, not white.
Looks like at least 1 owner agrees.
