I have tried the 'search' with out any real success, so...which 17" rear wheel is a plug 'n play for my newly acquired '92, with ABS please :sorry: I need to buy a new set before putting her back on the road :drinks:

John.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in an attractive & well preserved body...but rather to slide in sideways, body completely worn out and and with your last dying breath screaming, "HOOOYA LIFE, lets try that again"!!!

Not for ABS, you can have your wheel modified or loose the ABS.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

As close as you can get to plug and play.

So you have the ABS model and you want to keep it? There is a guy in Germany who mods XJR 17" wheels to work with the FJ ABS. Jon Fife had one done for his 93 ABS FJ. I will contact Jon and get the his contact info and repost. Or maybe he's a member here and will post something???  :unknown:

Another option would be to do the FZ1 swap. This is most definitely not plug and play. This is one way to have a working ABS FJ. Graft the FZ1 ABS components onto the FJ. Might be some serous R&D.
