For those aviation buffs the solar powered Solar Impulse 2 took off this morning from Dubai for its attempt at flying around the world on solar power only. You tube carries a live feed from the aircraft and control center.  After takeoff it was using more power from its batteries than they anticipated and they were having minor communication difficulties. At a maximum speed of 28 knots it will take awhile. They will be more dependant on the weather than anything else.  Dave
