Hey all
Can anyone advise me as to the compatibly of an 2001 fzs 1000 front end to the 84 fj Is the rear swingarm any use on the fj as well?
Thanks Chiz

A 2001 FZ 1 swing arm is a relatively easy swap. There is info on here how to do the swap. The swing arm is 4 mm wider, and needs to be milled down 2mm on each side. The shock linkage for the FZ1 is narrower, but a small amount of machining can rectify that.
The FZ1 swinger is longer than the FJ's. I am in Niagara and can show you exactly what is needed. I have been looking for a swinger from an FZ1 as well.
