May I ask,  how does one view sent PM's?  My "Outbox" is always empty.

When you write a message at the bottom of the highlighted area on the left side there should be check mark in the box  "Save a copy in my outbox" ?
Mine works. It will stay checked until you uncheck it at some time in the future.
