All the parts have arrived now for my R6 front end & Thunderace rear swap.

Today I reassembled the forks with new seals, Race Tech springs and 10w fluid and gave the top clamp a coat of semi gloss black.

The Thunderace swing arm was cleaned & measured, the linkages & shock cleaned and the rear caliper stripped cleaned and inspected and the caliper halves treated to 30 mins  at 60 deg in the Ultrasonic cleaner.

Once the build starts in earnest there will be a new thread with photos...
