At a bike night at a St. Paul shop tonight on a beautiful Fall evening. Beer, rock band, and vintage bikes. What else is needed?

Spied this beauty on one of the racks in the Service area.

A friend of mine had a '79 CB750F.  The F stood for FAST.

It would smoke my '78 XS 750E.  Not even in the same league.  :-(

Very nice!
I love the vintage Honda stuff! :good2:

Earlier this month, while introducing my 5yr old to "Old Bike Night" at GB's Fish-N-Chips here in Denver................

I saw two of the nicest looking CBX's I have ever seen!

I believe the red one is a 1979.............It sounded "Bitchin" with the Kerker exhaust!

And the Grey one was a 1981...............

This 1989 Transalp 600 also showed up............Don't see these around much........

Yes, those CBXs look sweet. There's a couple guys in a vintage japanese motorcycle club that I belong to, own some nice ones. Those bikes sound wicked when the throttle is wicked up on them.

The Transalp, particularly the condition of the one you've shown are a rarity on the streets.

Nice getting your son out and about with the bikes. Never too early, huh?  :good2:

That VF1000R is sweet.

I had a '97 VFR750F for years. Loved it, sold it, regret selling it.

Sir D,

With such an amazing string of ponies I wonder if you have a Norton rotary in the corral.

I remember an Aquarena parking lot race in Austin TX with a Ducati and a CBX dueling and swapping 1 - 2 on the same turn every lap.  Jesus what a beautiful noise!! The 6 screaming like an F-1 car and the twin singing baritone like only a Ducati caN .  Baby that is MOTORCYCLE!
