Had a good ride with a few guys from a local riding club. Started in MN, then went into WI for the most part. A little bit of everything. Clouds, fog, rain, gravel, a little (very) sun, animal carcasses, and a visit to the past scene/set "Chuck's Bait Shop" of the old movies Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men nearby Wabasha MN.

The ice house is still there, but the original buildings burned to the ground, so technically we didn't visit the sets, just the site. What the hell. A new eatery has sprung up on the site, and that's where we had lunch before beating it back across the gichi-ziibi to ride Wisconsin's hills, dales, and twisties.
