Bump..
Same sort of prob here. Upped the idle a little on my 90, recently cleaned and reoiled the filters. I've been getting a small hiccup at cold idle. I tweaked the sync screw just a little on my #2 and it got less frequent, but still there. Power band seems to be what it should be. I know I should do a resync, but since it doesn't seem broken......

I been having problem with choke slider bar...I took tank off and cleaned it and lubricated it and since then it has be ok...I think choke was not closing 100%..and hanging open maybe 3-4%..So far that's all I've done and I think it's sorted out.

thanks, I'll take a look there. There was an recent post about the choke assembly wearing and not fully closing. I'm just over 66k miles, and things do get worn...
