Hey all.......question for the masses......

Just picked up my fj1200 and noticed that the little black cap that sits on the fuel gauge needle has fallen off. It is sitting at the bottom of the fuel gauge window. It looks like it is blocking the needle from moving. How or can you take off the gauge cluster window to get at the needle?

One of many little things that I am in the process of tweeting on my bike.

Thanks

Tim

Yes, the gauge cluster window is removable. It's a little work to get to. Not hard though, if you know your way around bikes and a toolbox.

Use this site's search engine to find out more about gas gauge problems and how to fix them.
