Well at long last my to do list on the bike is rapidly shrinking.  So my attention is turning to tuning.

I have advanced the ignition and fitted delkevic end cans and collector along with uni pods.

So my question is What is best practice as far getting the best out of these (I'm guessing looking at the fueling/carbs?)

There is bound to be loads of opinions on what is essentially a fairly standard mod, but what is the best thing to do with the carbs/fueling.

I have already come across contradictory opinions so I'm a little confused already, so could I politely please ask for contributions from those of you who have proven knowledge or experience when advising what to do.

Look forward to hearing from you!

WTF, I'll jump in with a good starting point for you.

Put Dual UniPod airfilters on
go 1-2 steps up on the mains to 115-117.5
raise the needle 1 full groove (might need an additional 1/2)
put #40 pilots in

adjust idle mix screws
Balance (sync the carbs)
adjust idle to 1100 rpm

Now go ride to make sure all is in harmony.

Cheers Arnie, a solid starting point is just what I was after
