Last year I discovered that my Clutch Master Cyl. kit was leaking.
As I already was planning to work on the outside of the clutch- and brake master cyl (Glass bead blasting followed by coating with 2K Epoxyprimer), I needed to takeout the pistons of both units anyway.
While both cylinders have an internal diam. of 5/8" , it seemed a good idea to me to investigate whether the used rubber seals are interchangeable between both pistons.

A drawing for comparison (top brake, bottom clutch):

The pistons differ in length, but that does not matter, while it's the seals that count (the piston itself almost never needs to be renewed).
The locations of the seals have been filled with red , resp. green, just as the associated dimensions.
I also held the seals themselves against eachother to see they are identical.
Why the effort ?
The clutch sealkit has only been produced for the FJ1100, see here, harder to find (esp. in Europe) and more expensive (50+ Euro).
The brake sealkit is however also been used on the 1200, the 600, VMax, see here and is cheaper, about 25-30 Euro.
