I didn't pay much attention when I took the controller off. I made plans for painting
abs plastic controls and when I started on them- aluminum?
They'll be shiny too!

I made a little tutorial in case a search is done.
A couple of picks taking it apart for reference.
If I didn't have them, I could have had trouble assembling.

Notice my kill switch is badly discolored. The starter switch toggle was just as bad
and that's the main reason I took them apart. Make them look good.

Another reason was that I had trouble with the switches on the left controller when I got the bike.

The kill switch is easy to take apart and clean. I used sand paper on the toggle and sanded the contacts
with 600. No problem at all. Just pop the contact panel out by spreading the housing.
Pull the toggle out of the pivot and it goes right together the same. Nothings going to go flying.

Sorry about the pics. If I get to close the camera stops focusing. I'll look at it and replace
them if there to fuzzy.

The starter toggle comes out the same. Just spread the housing and it pops out.
there's a spring ball detent that pretty easy to handle. That may drop out on you.
There's also a small torsion spring and it's a little tricky.

Heres some shots of putting it back together again.

I have a little more sanding on the bottom half then I'll polish.
All my wiring will be red to match the bike.

ah Gooday!
