I got a duel sport bike and my blinkers recently got destroyed. Bought some new generic ones on ebay, Problem is the new one has a white, black and white/black wire. The wiring to my bike only has a white and black connector. So the question is....what do I do with the white and black wire?

The  white/black wire is for running lights. You don't need it. It is used to light the turn signals all the time .
A pistol is like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you will never need one again.
