That looks like it works slick. I kind thought legos were poly or nylon though. I was sanding my fairing and had to go deep to get some scratches out. My plastic is white. Is it ABS? I think I'd use a plastic that I know to be the same thing as my fairing. I would sand and feather back at least an 1" in each side and go thin right at the crack.

The FJ plastics are ABS, same as Legos. The color does not tell you what kind of plastic it is, refer back to the Legos.
