Also,
       Make sure it is on the center stand and the forks are turned to the right. This brings the master cylinder up to level. The holes in the master cylinder are now higher than the banjo fitting/line connection at the master cylinder. If not you will have a air pocket at the banjo fitting that you will not get out; regardless of how you bleed it.
