Speedometer gauge

Will a 1996 fj1200  speedometer gauge fit on my 1989 fj1200 ?

In the USA Yamaha did not import after 93. Other places last year was 95 to the best of my knowledge. If you know the correct years you can check Yamaha web site for the part numbers. Hope this helps.

Just found out , the part is compadible with my 89

I believe all years after 86 are inter-compatible.
