Not sure why my luck has been so bad with this bike so far but I bought new jets because I was running lean and got all the new jets in a shimmed the needles with 2 washers. The kit I bought had me put 127.5 mains in 1 &4 and 130 mains in 2&3. The pilots they gave me are 45. I told them I live in GA and have a stock motor with a full Vance and Hines exhaust and individual pod filters. They only gave me the one set or pilots but I have 125 mains and 132.5s left in the kit. I would figure maybe I am to rich now? Any ideas?

Are the plugs wet?  Should start without the choke no matter how cold it is now!  Undoubtedly crazy rich, but it should fire.  Wouldn't surprise me if it blubbered to a stop instead of holding an idle, though.

45 pilots are too big..... Factory Pro kit??  If so, the mains may be good for their needles, otherwise, they're too big, as well.

Funny pic,
Ya, that fitting is a pain in the rump for me, I tried for 20 min and called it good. Then when carbs
Needed to come off again, I was surprised to see that I had previously attached it.
What a pain. Not glad to see that I'm not alone.
