No vacuum during carb sync?

I misread the OP, is there no vacuum reading on any cylinders?

I could not get a vacuum on any cyl at the time. I have since tried to duplicate the loss of vacuum and it looks to have been from loss of fuel. It turns out that the person holding the tank was holding it to the wrong side. My carbs are all synced now, and the bike is running well. Thank you all for joining in on the goose-chase.
