Hey All:

I had a leaking seal, so I pulled my forks off and decided to rebuild them.

I've done this before, on a Honda 650, and had no issues, but I'm struggling.

- The images are a bit blurry so I'm not 100% confident that I'm reassembling them correctly.
- It's difficult to get them apart!

I've gotten one completely dissassembled, but I've left the other assembled, in case I need to see the correct assembly.

Does anyone have step by step instructions?

Thanks all,

Brek

Different year, no anti dive, and includes cutting the damper adjuster rod (which you will not be doing unless you are installing cartridge emulators), but it does show the disassembly, fork seal and bushings change, and reassembly.  The write up is in an attachment on the very first post.
