hey girls and boys,, as most of you know, and some have changed as well, ive fitted a set of digital gauges,, ironed most of the bugs out except one, , the fuel gauge,  just cant get it to show a fuel level, keeps scrolling,, im guessing its due to the gauge only having one wire for the fuel sender, but i know one was for the fuel light,  and one i assume earth,  and the original gauge has resistors, im hoping not to have to take this one apart to sort it out,, but would a resistor inline help, , i contacted the seller but all of a sudden his english is no speaky

What breed of digital gauge did you buy Rod? From memory, the Acewel I have only required 1 wire to the input side of the unit, obviously earth being taken care of with the unit earth wire. I just figured out which was the wire going to the OEM gauge.

I looked at the type of digital gauge you have on eBay when you originally posted the mod. Most listings mention that the gauges are set with a 510 ohm resistor for the fuel. That is showed as working for Honda's. A 110 ohm resistor is used for Yamaha. You may have one that is set up for a Honda.
