For anyone that may have an interest I discovered at the New York Motorcycle Show that Hepco & Becker still offers luggage carriers for the FJ. Will allow the mounting of any of the hard bags they offer.

Sweet been looking for something like this from an american company.can you fit any top rack like a Givi to it?

I am not sure what your location is. Here is a set of 88'-90' Hepco & Becker frames and rear rack. It is listed on EBay Germany.
