FJ Nation,
On our 86 project bike, the fairing is damaged on the left side.  The fairing appears to be made of two pieces that are held together with plastic "pop rivets".  Can these be drilled out and a good left side from another faring be attached?  Has anyone ventured here?

Thanks,

Jeff

I've seen where someone came into the local dealer who had done it, but it's been several years, and I looked at it, but didn't ask any questions.

I have half of a nice '89 fairing around here somewhere that I picked up one time.

You know, depending on how bad the damage is you can repair the fairing.
