have jbw here, not bad stuff for a Yankee product  :lol:,, takes awhile to set but takes a hammer hit to break it
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

84 Fj1100  effie , with mods
( 88 ) Fj 1200  fairly standard , + blue spots
84 Fj1100 absolutely stock standard, now more stock , fitted with Fj12 twin system , no rusted headers for this felicity jayne

Thanks for your recommendation, how long exactly is the setting time?  I have found it here in the UK now, I will order some. Not a bad price plus it gets really good reviews. Looks like something thats essential to keep in the garage!

If the screw had been stripped I would JB weld it. If not then just remember to not open it. So if you ever sell the cover or the bike it will not have an epoxy repair that is visible. Once you get your spin-on adapter you can decide to keep the old cover, or sell it.
