Hello again, I live in Ontario Canada and I was wondering if anyone from Canada has ordered parts from RPM's from the States.
How was the duty and customs on the parts, did you pay through the nose?
Or is there a place in Canada where you can order from?

Once again thanks

Jim

Hi Jim I have ordered from RPM the service was very good
Randy emailed me the first time just to make shire I received the part
The parts came through USPS then Canada Post you pay no duty
I have not even had to HST just shipping.
Any time I buy parts I ask for them to be shipped USPS
NOT ups there you will pay all. Tax Duty broker fees

Cheers

I can assure that there has been no international shipment that ever left here with a value of greater than $50.00 on the customs form. The invoice is not included in the box justify taxing either.

I only use USPS for shipping for international as well.

Jim,

I've ordered numerous parts from Randy over the past few years and have never had to pay duty or tax. Randy provides great service and the shipment usually arrives in less than a week via USPS. At this point, I will only not buy something from Randy if I either need it immediately or it's not available from RPM.

+1

Jim, :hi:

I usually receive my parts from RPM before I would from the local dealer if they have to order..... Randy's prices are competitive, the service is way above all the rest.....  The website, his knowledge and experience, and patience in answering my questions ... makes it REALLY easy to order from him! :good2: I'll also save $20 to $40 gas to and from the dealer (2 trips)  .....
