Managing pictures, rotate/edit/delete

I just uploaded some pictures and discovered afterwards that one of them were rotated due to my silly cellphone camera. When I try to edit or delete to reupload a correct version I get permission denied. I assume that's because that feature is mod/admin only. Is there a way for me to edit/remove my pictures individually or do i need to delete entire gallerys?

Edit: when looking at my photo on the computer or loading it in photoshop is has the right orientation so my plan of reuploading a rotated one is to no avail.
