 I have a pulsing problem with my fj. When I am giving it gas or running at a good speed there is a eerrr-eerrr pulsing. Also when i let off the gas there is a big time pulsing. Was thinking there is a problem with the carbs. It does not have it when going slow or idling. Any thoughts??

Pull a spark plug or 2 and see what that tells you. Might be you need to move the needles up.
