Whirlwind tour. Hitting Missouri and Mississippi (pronounced, "Mizzzippi." - the middle two s's are optional).

First stop - Taco Bell.
Second stop - Wal-Mart.
Asian buffet soon after the Taco Bell meal is digested. :rofl2:

I've been shopping online and sending a boatload of stuff to the hotel. I can't tell you publicly how I get it all back to Hungary.

One of the biggest challenges will be driving under 100 MPH everywhere I go.

It's been a long time! :hi:

when?

Very soon, just for a few days. For security sake, most of the time I don't announce anything until I'm back home. I'm just really excited.

I just ordered the spin-on oil filter adapter from Randy @ RPM. YAAAAY!!!

Last time I was in the U.S. on business, I brought back my chin fairing. That was challenging. But it's a "little" easier when you're a jet mechanic...

Jet mechanic eh?

Just tell the customs folks that all the "parts" you are declaring are components pertaining to the maintenance and repair of the flux capacitor found in every F-14.  :)  Yes, I know the F-14 is *mostly* retired.  Just adds to the fun.

Hahhaaa, yeh, I'll get a picture of a Thai toilet tomorrow and post that up for you Lotsa, at least you get toilet paper right?...

I think from lookin' at what you've got there, you probably need to try turning around and facing the other way.
Nitrous is nice but I'd rather be blown.

I only wish you could also get the smell of an Afghan septic system to go along with the pic!  I don't think they believe in P-traps.  This is one of the nicer ones...it usually has flushing water

Welcome back!  If even for just a visit - amazing the things you appreciate when you get back  :drinks:

Actually, I have. But I always stayed on the military bases.

Yeah, I've been to the Middle East also and saw the sprayer nozzles hanging on the wall. No toilet paper - you just hose yourself off and knock the big chunks off with your left hand. :bad:
