Hello all, taking delivery on an 89 FJ1200 today with 19,000 miles, dark blue, mint condition...  got hooked after riding a friend's and been looking for a month to find the one I wanted... glad to find a place to go to find out all about it...

Hello Georgia,

What's up?...  You found the right place to go to learn  more and get active with other FJ owners.  I have the '89 blue as well, but it is a little closer to the 60,000 mile mark.  Mine still runs strong so you have many miles of riding ahead of you with your FJ1200.

Congratulation on your find!

Later,  Phil

Welcome!
They are a good bunch of blokes and ladies here.
I've often been asked, 'What do you old folks do now that you're retired'?

"Well. I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, and one of the things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, Scotch, and margaritas into urine."
