I hate to be the bearer of bad news - but this is fake.  It made the rounds a few years ago and was revealed that it was completely photoshopped.  If I remember correctly it was some guys video school project to show off his skills or something...

Now I know why cops don't pull over bikes w/open pipes, these seem pretty loud.
