I know you've all seen this stuff a couple hundred times, but not on my FJ.  Just wanted to say thanks to all who helped - and most of you probably don't know who you are.  I searched the files, downloaded some .pdf files, and posted some questions.  Here's the results.

R6 calipers and Spiegler lines. Oh, new rotors, too.

14mm Master Cylinder

CBR mirrors.  No more rattling right mirror.

Came up with this one all by myself - the crowning glory.

That's right. New gear shift rubber.  Nothing but safe gear changes for me from here on out.

Seriously, thanks a million for the help.  I took it out for a spin tonight, 32 degrees, 20-30 mph winds with 55mph gusts, and just started snowing but couldn't wait to try the brakes.  They are the cat's ass.  Very firm but giving a feeling of total control.  Glad to say I'm officially poopin' in tall cotton now.  Thanks again and hoping for an early spring for all us northerners.

Looks great. You will really enjoy the mods this coming spring. Once you figure the brakes out, and your fork is set up nicely, you will be going deeper into the corners than you ever thought safe.

Fun, isn't it?

Thanks, Craigo.  Didn't get to experience the full "fun" factor as the road was a little wet.  Also, new rotors and pads.  Felt enough to know that I am going to be infinitely happier with these brakes than what I had.  Got the bug now - already scoping out the pieces for a 17" rear wheel upgrade.
