Exhaust Leak

I'm having a hard time getting my exhaust system to stop leaking and I'm starting to wonder if I have the header pipes in the right place.  Is there a special Ovaltine decoder ring that I need to determine which header pipe goes where?  Does it matter?

That's perfect!  I had 2 and 3 swapped and now it's as quiet as a church mouse....well almost.
