Rear torque link - torque?

When adjusting the drivechain my Haynes manual asks me to remove the nut and bolt from the rear torque link.
After tightening the chain adjuster locknuts securely, "install the torque link nut and bolt, tighten to the torque listed in the Chapter 6 specifications and install a new split pin".
Can't find any torque specs for that bolt anywhere in the manual, maybe I'm missing something.

Not a biggie this, but does anybody have the torque specs for the "rear torque link nut"?

IIRC, that is an 8mm bolt&nut.
The Clymer general torque specs table shows 11 ft/lbs for that size fastener.
