To everybody whos been telling me to get an owners manual, I found this. What looks cheap(yes I am cheaping out), but I would like to know if anybody has experience with this particular manual?

Is it legit and would it be the kind of manual I need? Its a downloadable(so no shipping) but I am worried about my proxy server at work.

Any advice?

Not sure what sort of manuals they have for sale, but i just added a post in the files section on some uploads of service manuals I have just done.  They do not detail how to repair per se, but they will be very handy!

The files are around 1.5mb each, so no massive files, and the website "mediafire" is kosher, no viruses or other time wasting stuff, easy to download.

I have microfische also, just not sure how to even begin scanning that!  When I do work them out, I will upload them too.

If people have an issue with free distribution of copyright items or property, do not download them.  The way I see it, this information being free to download and use will do more to keep old bikes on the road than overpriced motorcycle mechanics.

A note on the .pdf's -as the pages were double sided, I had to scan the manuals twice, one each side.  if you print them out, just assemble inot the right order.

good luck, enjoy the read.

Thanks Mr lackstock, no need to worry about the microfiche though as I have them(just a bugger trying to make heads and tails of them ) The files are small enough to download too so thats also a huge help. I did purchase a CD which was more of a "how to fix" so with all the info I now have things should fly smoothly
