Help Me! FJ Headlight Gremlins!

Hi Ya'll!


Name is Kyle and I have over 40 K on my 86 FJ, with the goal of many more.  When my bike gets wet, the headlight, Hi and Lo, inexplicably goes dead and the highbeam indicator on the dash goes as well.  I cant find the problem and I am in deep.  Any body have any suggestions or have similar problems?

Is there a rubber boot over back of the light bulb socket where the lead connect? Is if there is maybe it is not fitting correctly.
