Cleaned and adjusted carbs

I pulled the carbs off my new to me ,91 FJ. Disassembled and cleaned 'em. Performed a static synch while they were off the bike. One fuel/air screw was seated and stuck!! (How do you do that?) Oh well...It's all better now and she runs great.
