Howdy all!

East Coast rally attendees from the last few years have been patient & kind enough to put up with me. Here's hoping the forum does likewise.

I came to the FJ scene via Bill Rockoff, a friend I'd met in the Miata community perhaps as long ago as 1998. When I started riding in 2006, Bill's first comment was "Great. Now get some practice so you can come up to Boone -- there's a bunch of people you need to meet!" Sadly, that didn't happen: my bike left me stranded one day and then grew legs before I could come back to collect it. When I bought my FZ6 later that summer, Bill's comments were the same, only this time the rally was in Tellico.

So with my bike still not even through its initial break-in period, I made my way slowly and newbishly up to Tellico. I had a lot of fun, and true to his word, found a great crowd.

I've been coming to the EC_Rs ever since. This is a great crowd.

Here's my FZ6 halfway to Indianapolis for the 2008 MotoGP:
