The truck is toasted but perhaps the owner can salvage his tools, welder and compressor.....and maybe his prosthetic leg? Dunno
The article was unclear on whose leg it was.....What's the owner doing leaving his leg in the truck? Gotta be the thief's leg...Nevermind.. Pat
