BRAKE LINE

Im getting ready to put my GSXR rear wheel on and I was wondering if most bike shops will have everything to make up a new line? Just wondering if I need to start ordering like the banjo bolt or not.My brake will be under slung.I hope this isnt a dumbe question.

Buddy,

Use the GSXR brake line and mount it to the FJ master cylinder using the FJ's banjo bolt.  If you have the GSXR brake line, there should be nothing to buy.  There is an instruction manual in the files section under suspension called "GSXR Wheel Mod.  Here is the link:

I do not have the GSXR rear brake line.I looked on ebay and there are many on there.I was just wondering if local bike shops keep stuff in stock to make up brake lines.I guess I should order one off ebay.

Buddy, you may want to call before you drive down. Most bike shops do not make brake lines.
Shops that service hydraulic equipment may do this....We use the standard 10mm Banjo fittings .

you can have it custom made to your length and offsets here. It comes with the banjo bolts too.
